If you're playing on harder difficulties with benefits system enabled, you could give them some employee benefits. The moral at all of my dealerships is showing at 100%, and I tried looking through the menus to find if there was a place to address a strike, or increase wages, but the only place I found to increase wages was in the automation menu that only allowed for an increase by percentage rather than specific amounts. ![]()
